A little bit about Sarah…

Sarah Robbins leads 21c Museum Hotels with strategic oversight for 21c’s corporate headquarters, nine properties and new development projects under the 21c brand. A natural leader with an innate understanding of the art of gracious hospitality, Robbins draws on her exceptional experience in operations, restaurant management and consulting and her time in the Army to lead expansion, people and process for the company. 

In this role, Robbins is responsible for hotel operations, food & beverage, sales & marketing, brand management, accounting, and human resources. As a founding partner of 21c, Robbins previously held roles with the group as Chief Hospitality Officer and SVP Operations. During her time overseeing 21c’s food & beverage program, the company’s restaurant portfolio earned numerous accolades from the James Beard Foundation, Food & WineBon Appétit magazine, StarChefs and others. Robbins was also a key leader in the integration of 21c into the Accor Hotel family following Accor’s successful bid to acquire 85% of 21c Museum Hotels management company.

Prior to joining 21c, she served as Project Director for Myriad Restaurant Group, providing food & beverage management & operational consulting for clients such as Starwood Hotels, Interstate Hotels, and Sage Hospitality. Robbins is a graduate of Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration and a retired Captain, U.S. Army Reserves. She is an active member of the James Beard Foundation and Southern Foodways Alliance and has spoken at a variety of industry summits including the Welcome Conference in New York and the FAB Workshop for women in hospitality in Charleston, SC. Robbins serves as Vice Chair for Louisville Tourism.
