About the Conference.

For over sixteen years, the boutique hospitality movement has attracted pioneers—visionaries who embrace the abstract, welcome the unexpected, and reshape the industry in real time. This community thrives at the intersection of creativity, commerce, and culture.

The 2025 Boutique Hotel Owners Conference by BLLA, taking place September 29–30 in the Los Angeles suburbs, is where those at the forefront of independent hospitality come to connect, recharge, and lead. This year’s theme, Terra Incognita, invites attendees to explore uncharted territory—not just in business strategy, but in mindset, creativity, and identity as owners. It’s a call to move beyond familiar models and map new ways of thinking in boutique hospitality.

This is a creator-driven forum designed to challenge convention, ignite ideas, and reimagine what it means to be a hotelier today. With a focus on ownership, leadership, innovation, and the evolving business models behind boutique and luxury hotels, the conference offers access to meaningful dialogue and opportunities to engage with fellow owners, investors, and collaborators who are shaping the future of hospitality.

Join BLLA Founders Fran and Ariela alongside 40+ thought leaders and 150+ attendees for two days of purposeful connection and progressive conversation—all in service of navigating the unknown with clarity and vision.
