From March 2-3, we will gather exceptional women in travel, tourism, and hospitality as we embrace our vulnerabilities, share our stories, and rally for an open-minded and open-hearted future for our industry.

With a focus on “Finding Your Circle of Influence,” we will discuss the tools & strategies to thoughtfully and proactively create a space that is authentic, motivating, and beneficial to our lives - both personally and professionally.

There will be in-person facilitated networking, as well as an exclusive platform where all participants will be able to connect with fellow professionals. There will be moments that spark revolutionary ideas, and the groundwork for the future will take place.
