Sean Wilkinson is Principal & Creative Director at Might & Main, the award-winning boutique branding studio he co-founded in 2010. Equal parts strategist and storyteller, he champions clarity, craft, and emotional resonance, building hospitality brands that endure and inspire. Along with his small (but mighty) team, Sean has shaped identities for Michelin Key boutique properties, nationally acclaimed restaurants, and global hotel brands — always with the same goal: to create experiences that feel inevitable, connect deeply, and stand the test of time.
