A little bit about Carly …

Carly Jo Carson is a mother, a multidisciplinary artist, and a journey designer, based in Topanga and Pioneertown. She has been guiding journeys into the heart for over 15 years. Her guided journeys are largely improvisational and ever evolving, weaving in sound, breathwork, vocalization, movement, and heart-centered listening. She shares tools that she has learned and developed through riding the waves of a life to help examine the beauty that is always emerging through the natural cycles of expansion and contraction, and of death and rebirth. Her process allows us to shift the authority from our minds to our hearts, to connect to a power greater than ourselves, and to awaken to infinite creativity. Her journeys are designed to be experienced in an environment that fosters deeper listening - on mountaintops, out at sea, and under stars.
